  • Serve as a point of contact for patients, employees, and vendors, and facilitate communication between various departments to ensure smooth workflow. I refer patients out to other facilities by faxing their medical records. I obtain prior authorizations for STAT imaging via the phone or the insurance website portal for providers. I obtain PCP referrals from patient’s doctor offices, schedule patient’s appointments for their office visits and lab draws, and run insurance eligibility every month.
