Founded and led Live in Theater, an award-winning immersive theater company that revolutionized interactive storytelling. Developed a canon of 15 immersive experiences and 6 DEI workshops, engaging audiences in transformational and participatory performances. Designed, directed, and produced interactive productions that have been featured in The New York Times, NBC, The Times of London and The Verge, to name but a few and experienced by millions worldwide. Created and facilitated workshops on improvisation, audience engagement, and experiential storytelling for corporate clients, educational institutions, and professional actors. Pioneered new methodologies that blend realism, improvisation, and narrative-driven learning, making Live in Theater a leader in the field of interactive and immersive experiences.

In addition to creative direction, I have been involved in every aspect of running the business, including casting, costume design, writing, directing, marketing, production, performance training, performance and sales. I have personally overseen operations, ensuring that Live in Theater consistently delivers high-caliber productions. Through strategic growth and business development, I have successfully scaled the company to produce 400-600 performances annually, engaging corporate clients and audiences worldwide—an unparalleled achievement in the theater industry
