  • Responsible for achieving all statistics plan sales, average dollar sales, VIP program , conversion and fragrance.  
  • For fiscal 2014 through 2016 the district had one of the lowest shrink results in the company under 1%.
  • District consistently won the holiday contests based off  increase to plan sales.

  • District was down 12% to LY when I took position; by year end district was up 2.6% to plan.
  • Consistently maintained increases to plan each fiscal year.
  • In 2011 I had the largest increase over LY in the company 16.1%. 
  • Given additional responsibilities in the region;  including stores in Washington and Oregon, where I  directly supervised the area sales manager.
  • Trained and developed 3 store managers to District Sales Managers.
  • Recruited and trained new District Sales Manager for an open position in the region.
  • Built an ongoing relationship with merchandising team to ensure I had the right product and mix to grow my business.
