  • Managed daily warehouse operations, resulting in reduced waste and optimized space utilization.
  • Managed and trained a team of up to three sales people and a customer service rep.
  • I did such a good job he was able to move and work remotely from Puerto Rico while I ran the entire company.
  • Everything from negotiating with 100K orders with vendors in China to arranging the shipments with forwarders in China to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Arranged the arrival of said 100K orders in the form of 40ft containers Inventoried the 800 Radiators or 1500 fans, etc in them. As well as hire temp workers from Wonolo to assist in the effort.
  • Monitored inventory levels closely, preventing stockouts and overstock situations that could negatively impact business operations. Especially during Covid I had to just the quality and frequency of items.
  • Managed the order schedule and priority of orders with up to four fabricators and two assemblers.
  • Made sure the fabricators had everything they needed from argon to safety equipment.
