• Implemented 5S in the Manufacturing facility to include sign shop creation. Established full Creform fabrication shop with AutoCAD capacity.
• Led the facility's first 30 Kaizen Events with led to cost savings and metric improvements. This also improved employee engagement as it allowed front-line associates to be part of process improvements.
• Facilitated all cross-functional kaizen teams to lead, coordinate, and develop continuous improvement activities and events related to quality, processes, safety, waste elimination, customer satisfaction, and cost savings. The facility has completed 120 Kaizens since 2014.
• Implemented IDEAS program to increase employee engagement. The program has received over 5,000 ideas from the front-line associates.
• Created and implemented the hands-on Lean Simulation training, which received national attention.
