Projects

- Arduino Infrared Speed Detector Project to test mechanical vehicles using IR sensors that will accurately detect the speed of a vehicle with a small tolerance of 2%. The project had a 96% probability of accurate speed with a sample size of 100 test.

- Deep learning for Computer Vision A pre-trained neural network and object classification, in which a computer detects and categorizes an object in an image based on its attributes. A single neural network is used by the detection system YOLO to process the entire image. I was able to use this network, and the image is divided into zones, and bounding boxes and likelihoods are computed for each area.

- Sample grip mechanism Project Leader/ Member Senior Design Project August 2022 The lead CAD designer; (Expert in computer-aided drafting and design, process improvement, software implementation, workflow design, project management.) -Manufacture technician for the project using CNC, mill, and lathe. -Researched materials for the grip mechanism based on their favorable properties (corrosion-resistance, thermal expansion, density, and cost) manufactured and assembled the initial prototype for testing the grip mechanism. - Created technical documents of project updates (Preliminary Design Report, Monthly and Weekly Status Reports) Presented progress to professors and business leaders during poster sessions.
