Work Order Management:
Create and manage work orders for line maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Resource Planning:
Plan and allocate resources (personnel, parts, tools) to support line maintenance operations, including scheduling and coordinating with other departments.
Issue Resolution:
Support the maintenance station and work with Maintenance Programs, Engineering, Records, and other Planning groups to resolve issues.
Communication and Collaboration:
Coordinate with Aircraft Scheduling Team for aircraft availability, and communicate with maintenance technicians and other stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track maintenance activities, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures.
Preventative Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure aircraft reliability.
Shutdown Planning:
Assist in planning and coordinating shutdowns, construction, renovation, and other scheduled maintenance activities.
Root Cause Analysis:
Participate in root cause analysis to identify and address recurring issues.
Training and Development:
May provide training and guidance to junior planners or technicians.

Establish and issue work orders (WOs) for aircraft and component maintenance, ensuring all necessary information is included.
Scheduling:
Coordinate with aircraft scheduling teams to ensure aircraft availability for maintenance activities and optimize maintenance schedules.
Resource Planning:
Plan and manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to support line maintenance operations.
Technical Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, and procedures.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve potential issues or delays that may impact maintenance activities.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, procedures, and standards.
Cost Management:
Contribute to cost optimization by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software.

• Guided planes for all arrivals and departures with strong focus on safety.
• Inspected cargo for efficient and safe handling and transport between planes and cargo areas.
• Handling Baggage and Cargo: Load, unload, and transport baggage and cargo to and from aircraft, using carts, containers, and conveyor belts.
  Aircraft Preparation: Assist in cleaning and preparing aircraft for the next flight, including servicing and cleaning planes.
  Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Operation: Operate and maintain ground service equipment, such as tugs, baggage carts, and conveyor belts.
  Aircraft Movement: Assist in marshaling aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient movement on and off the gates.
  Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with luggage and provide general information.
  Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, which may include inventory management, maintenance support, and picking up/delivering parts.
  Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
