I have provided maintenance to Manitow and Hoshizaki ice machines in the DMV. Taking the equipment apart to be cleaned with chemicals, and putting it back together. Report and get part numbers from the manufacturer when a piece is broken and needs to be replaced. Worked on troubleshooting kitchen equipment, as well as providing maintenance. I have replaced the thermostat, hi-limit switches, and oil pumps. I have worked on commercial fry master and Pitco fryers. Including Flattops, microwaves, dough mixers, stoves, and double deck broilers. I have provided maintenance to refrigeration equipment, delivered new equipment, and disassembled old equipment to EPA standards, such as installing a new condenser unit and evaporator equipment for walk-in coolers and freezers. I have troubleshooted equipment when it has been down or low on Freon. I have replaced the contactors, fuses, fan motor, fan blade, and capacitor. I have been a helper, helping to replace faulty compressors. On the pizza, lines have detected leaks in the evaporator and replaced the coil with its TXV. I have replaced the damaged power cord on the coolers with a new 90° angle cord cap. I replaced the outlets on HVAC equipment. I have provided maintenance to WSHPs, AHUs, RTUs, and heat pumps. As well as exhaust and MUA’s, I have removed the strainer to clean the mesh filter, chemically cleaned the coils, replaced the belts and filters, and chemically cleaned the condensation pans so they don’t clog up the P-trap. I installed a new P-trap. Replaced the faulty contactor, fan motor, fan blade, capacitor, and damaged mesh filter. I have worked on Trane, Carrier, and Lennox. During maintenance, I’ve cleaned return vent grills. Adjusted tension of belts. I have installed the blower motor assembly and replaced the pulleys on the exhaust hoods.
