
Started at the Pro Desk in Floor & Decor’s Sales Department, quickly adapting to corporate retail sales while developing strong knowledge of professional customer accounts, sales systems, and performance metrics. Focused on learning product applications and customer service, gaining in-depth understanding of flooring preparation, installation, sealing, and maintenance processes. Transitioned to Installation Materials Department, where responsibilities included maintaining inventory readiness, supporting sales associates, and driving product turnover. Developed advanced product expertise, allowing for confident, project-specific recommendations. Actively shifting my role from primarily selling the products to ensuring they are consistently stocked, organized, and ready for both associates and customers. I operate with an assistant-manager mindset by anticipating departmental needs, supporting team efficiency, and proactively reducing operational friction.
