  • A.M./P.M. process, open/close the branch, organize routes, coverages, water shortages, sick calls, connect with leadership in decision-making, putting drivers on the right routes.
  • Present in debriefs to support leadership messages in safety, sales, and services.
  • I led the S.H.E. council in the LA branch, working closely with the team and my peers. We organized CQD, gate checks, Primo Ergonomics, and hands-on training. I organize the meetings' safety folder.
  • In 7-Eleven bundles, I was assigned to a project by my leader at 7-Eleven that generated $25K in revenue with my sales experience.
  • QC, monitor all QCs, properly log them in the system, and ship out via UPS for any testing, including damaged bottles and water dispensers.
  • Cash/coupons, reconcile money and coupons every morning, and see the process through.
  • Operation systems, utilized operating system to support, run the business. Using each one to help find the solution needed for my team and our customers. Use systems like RMS, Engage+, and MobileFrame.

  • I joined the ELP (Emerging Leader Program), guided by my business operations leader to lead the morning debriefs, communicate safety, and any daily changes. Support using RMS, Engage+, and MobileFrame.
