*Learn and maintain knowledge of client environment.(all hardware and equipment, pc's, printers, servers, scanners etc..)
*Maintain positive client relationships.
*Proactive technology management.
*Conduct periodic check in calls and visits.
*Arrange client gifts when appropriate.
*Solicit feedback from clients.
*Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
*Onboard new clients.
*Develop relationship with clients(client satisfaction).
*Communicate client issues/equipment problems to office for repair or maintenance attention.
