- Conduct second reviews of residential grading plans, checking grading, drainage, proposed site improvements, and verifying percolation test results for proposed stormwater mitigation systems for compliance with City requirements.
- Develop and maintain Civil 3D maps documenting utility trench locations and roadway paving history to support pavement restoration decisions and the City's roadway moratorium program.
- Coordinate directly with residents, contractors, and utility companies by phone and email, addressing project questions, construction issues, inspection requirements, and permit related concerns.
- Support the Professional Engineer with municipal engineering projects and daily operations, including bid tabulations, traffic counts, project documentation, engineering records and filing, permitting, research, and attendance at project meetings.
