This taught me a lot of lessons! Taught me how to be efficient and still get the work done. This taught me how to teach newer broistas the recipes. This allowed me to oversee the bigger picture and get everyone on the same page. It taught me also how to have difficult conversations with employees who weren’t keeping the standard.
As a shift lead at Dutch Bros I made it my mission to keep everyone motivated on my team, I was on top of everyone communicating! My shifts were the ones where we got a lot of cleaning done so teaching people how to work and delegate was a big role.
Very fast paced! Was able to work under pressure in most cases had to work with a lot of customers. There was a lot of on the job training so I was able to adjust to the working conditions quick!
As a team lead here at Burger King I made sure that my crew members were stationed in their positions to make sure that the needs for customers were being met, as well as delegated tasks when there was downtime to ensure a smooth shift.
As a crew member at Burger King I helped customers with basic needs like napkins, sauces, and questions they may have. On the job I worked on customer service by taking in orders, charging people out, and sending them off with their order completed.
