My success as a leader has come from my strong belief in creating a strong team environment. I have achieved a team atmosphere through my ability to listen, guide and motivate. Most importantly my strong work ethic alongside my team is important to me.

Leadership Experience

I have been promoted to 10 different managerial positions (all different area/store volumes) while my time at Dillard's. Under my tutelage I have aided in the promotion of over 30 associates/sales managers in the past 3 years. Achieved sales goals multiple times as a sales manager and had the second best sales percent increase two years in a row as a store manager (also achieved store profit).
