Unloading Trucks: Stocking 2 associates are responsible for unloading trucks that deliver new merchandise to the store.

Stocking Shelves: They then move the merchandise to the appropriate store sections, stocking shelves with products and ensuring a well-organized shopping experience for customers.

Backroom Inventory: Managing the backroom inventory, ensuring proper storage, and organizing items for future stocking or delivery. The required training the job position entails the associate must have proper communication skills and a fast work pace. Most of the training involves personal safety and situational awareness at all times from the back rooms to the front of the store, operation of pallet jacks and even proper bailer operations the job position has manny dangers, such as potential for bodily injury, dismemberment or even death some of the injuries can come form unloading the truck, conditions during the winter can be cold but one can still be hurt by falling objects and falling pallets that have a weight that can max out at five thousand five hundred pounds, during the summer the trucks can get extremely hot. Temperatures can range in the hundreds, while inside, heat stroke and dehydration become a potential hazard. This is avoided by supplying a constant amount of water and health monitoring. The operations of the bailer require a training video that describes in detail how to use the equipment and how to avoid getting hurt To properly make a bail one must first fill it with one of the two approved items, a mixed recycling or a carboard bail. For a carboard bail one must fill the bailer to maximum capacity and then ensure the bailer is properly level as to avoid damaging the equipment once filled a large cardboard top will be used to cover the bail then secure the bail with metal wire ties and tighten them as much as possible push in the basil ejection lever and open the bailer door place a pallet and switch the bail to manual up so the bailer can eject the cardboard bail.
