I currently deal with the infrastructure and security side of IT. While also helping end users with any issues that they may be experiencing. I continue to expand my knowledge by helping with whatever I can.

Help protect the store through external and internal affairs. Apprehend individuals depriving the store. Recover merchandise and writing reports on a variety of cases. Help promote safety throughout the entirety of the store.

I help residents place orders, explain menu items, and maintain satisfaction by checking in with them and catering to their needs.

Communicated with customers to provide them with the support they needed. Created documentation and kept up with asset management. Dealt with cybersecurity incidents as they arose. Monitored our firewalls and helped protect us from cyber attacks such as phishing attempts and malware.

Protected facility and property guests by regularly circulating premises and dealing with issues as they arised. Made safety a top priority and helped conduct thorough inspections at the metal detection.

I worked on a production line that produced rear view mirrors. I would work in a fast and timely manner to make sure the products were ready to be shipped out to consumers.
