  • CSR is to be a bit of a jack-of-all-trades. As CSR dealing with customer's requests or complaints, helping make reservations for renting out our equipment, selling sales items from inside the store, or also renting out our storage units, as well as making sure they are secure and any damages are reported to management to be taken care of as soon as possible.
  • Developed strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Upheld strict adherence to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service experiences for each client interaction.
  • CSR also have to sometimes take cash deposits for our rentals when a credit card is not used. Or, on occasion, someone needs to return an item they bought, but didn't use, I process their refund. Another thing, when my manager requests it, I at times, fill in for our housekeeper when needed.
