-Took ownership of implementing a new process to ensure that batteries are charged and available during shift, resulting in a reduction of idle time in the pick process -Facilitated communication between English-speaking managers/safety and a majority Spanish-speaking workforce on Back Half Nights through translation for startup meetings, AmCare clinic encounters, and other communications to ensure that associates receive the information and help they need -Volunteered and took ownership of coordinating a project to improve safety in the pick mods during Peak by ensuring carts and ladders were returned to the proper 5S locations , them I start my roles as safety ambassador working with Amcare and after few month I become Part of the Team ASC Member
