Hands on knowledge is something that's drives me to learn. Being able to learn fast is an ability that's provided me many opportunities in my life. Accuracy and quality of my work is important to everything I do. Working on automobiles to working on homes has giving me an extra knowledge of being able to solve problems with multiple solutions. On top of my physical abilities to work I've also gained great social skills to complement my work. Great relationships and workmanship brings great business.

  • I started out in the Mowing crew in our department. Which shortly after 8 months I was promoted and transferred to be part of our Tree crew to help learn how to lead a crew. After several months our department created a new crew. My current supervisor and I were selected to take on the task to accomplish all dirt work around the airport. Having knowledge and communication skills needed to be in the AOA has been a big reason for being able to be promoted to lead myself.
  • Strengthened communication skills through regular interactions with Operations and other departments that use a radio in the Airport.
  • The past two years Ive volunteered to be an Escort for multiple contractors.
  • Recently been given two new crew members which I'm training to be self sufficient on being in the AOA with their own work orders to be completed.
