  • know how much wax had to be applied to the fruit check the ph levels and the ozone make sure the fruit had no chlorine residue before it got applied with wax and ready to get packaged. Also know the mixture of chemicals to know how to make a batch of chemicals cant pass the rules of what chemicals usage and keep data test every hour and another every 15 min and check the chlorine on the tote was aswell. another thing was to use the forklift to bring down 55gallon barrels of chemicals safely with out any hazards sometimes help with another department if they needed help with the forklift

  • i started out as general labor and little by little they helped by giving me a chance to learn machines and with in a month i got the position to be a heavy machine operator. i learned forklift ,backhoe , skeedsteer ,excavator. learned multiple trades with in those years of construction suchas machinery how to read blueprints find out elevations with the laser and the drops for the drains and so on
