Two days inside the Minatec Clean Lab facilities with instructions and hands-on experience in building solar cells. Testing for efficiency once the solar cells were manufactured.

Lectures and tours inside advanced facilities including their Synchrotron and CEA campus.

Help an average of 20-30 patients (daily) navigate check-in processes including insurance verification, collecting payments, and applying for Medicaid For Pregnant People.

Trained in collection of vitals , phlebotomy, intake procedures as well as translation for Spanish-speaking patients from check-in through procedures and check-out. Perform POCTs and sterilize clinic instruments.

Scrub schedules for patients requiring insurance aid, sliding fee scale assistance, or any issues involving credentialing and/or scheduling providers who can perform the requested services.

Work with Management to facilitate transition from Athena to Epic EMRs. Support Billing team in provision of GFEs for Amsterdam and Johnstown patients. Aid in the development of training workflows for Front Desk as well as Clinical PCAs.

Engaged thousands of consumers in interactive and personalized experiences whilst adapting experiential knowledge to elevate and inform their journeys.

Learned the multifaceted aspects of the business including POS systems, stockroom organization, visual standardization, and KPI reports.

Serve as a support to team leads, provide feedback on opportunities with regards to marketing initiatives, and inform seasonal & part-time employees of updates and changes in store policies.

Work with Leadership to make employee resources more readily available and help improve team wellbeing via new security measures and support practices.
