    Act as primary liaison between the sales team and the operations manager
  • Support the sales team by ensuring Work Orders are complete, accurate and timely submitted to Operations Manager so that work can be executed
    Use knowledge of sales cycle and hydrovac to coach, mentor and lead the team to successful accomplishment of annual revenue targets (hurdle and budget)
    Ensure team utilizes all systems for reporting and recording activities, bids and WO in order to maximize their productivity
    Hold team accountable for results, not activity. Bids submitted and bids won are a more important metric than account calls conducted. However, must hit the number of account calls necessary to keep the bids coming in.
  • Build and maintain a culture of sales excellence and brilliance in the basics throughout the organization
    Responsible for maintaining DDL social media presence on Linkedin and Instagram with weekly updates using pictures from the field and latest team/company/employee news.
