Volunteer

  • Volunteering multiple hours with the Community Foundation Board of Rogersville to organize a large fundraising event. I have volunteered with this event, Rockin' Rogersville, for four years. The funds from this event went to the Community Foundation Board, to help better the community of Rogersville.
  • Volunteering at my local church, Fellowship Bible Church, most Sundays. I greet church goers as they enter, welcome them, show them around the church, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Volunteering at Convoy of Hope for a few hours. I have volunteered at Convoy of Hope by organizing and sorting food.

Primary Interests

  • Advocating for individuals who cannot advocate for themselves. This includes pediatrics and individuals with special needs, such as physical and/or mental. I have a passion for working with individuals who have some kind of disability. There is so much we can learn from one another, and I love learning how each individual works. Finding ways to communicate with them, work with them, and have fun together.
  • Create an environment where people I work with feel safe, heard, and cared about. Creating a fun environment that is playful and goofy, while being efficient and productive in the work we are doing.
