· Conducts assessments with participants when they become involved with the program to determine needs and capabilities.
· Works with participants to determine their financial goals and jointly creates action plans to achieve their goals. Attends and actively participates in training, meetings and agency events and activities as assigned.
· Monitors progress of participants and their action plans.
· Maintains statistical information as required for documentation by the operation agency, prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
· Explores and provides information for participants on available community service/resources.
· Serve as an advocate on behalf of participants with other agencies to obtain services to meet their goals.
· Escorts and/or transport family leader and/or child to needed services, as appropriate.
