Hotel Association of New York City Asylum Monitoring Program

Working with the City of New York and the Hotel Association on the Asylum program by monitoring clients who arrived at Hotel Association contracted Hotels. This project required consistent monitoring of who arrived at each hotel and verifying clients who had checked out. Reporting any issues or complaints from the hotel staff and submitting them to the City.
