- State Qualifier in all seasons
- Guided 6 individuals to reach the1,000 point career scoring honors
- Hunterdon County Coach of the year several times
- Easton Express Coach of the year 2003
- West Jersey Coach of the year 2010 and 2016
- Upset North Hunterdon in the County semi-finals in 2010; one of their only 2 losses on their way to a Group 4 State Championship (North had 4 Division 1 players on their team)
- Started Fund Raising Program 'Hoops for Hospice' to benefit youth bereavement in County; raised over $110,000.00 in 11 years
- Grew to include Middle schools of our sending District
- Awarded the State of NJ Hospice Community Leader of the Year in 2009
- Help organize the first ever 'Points for Pain Game' all proceeds benefited sending children who live in Chronic Pain to attend a summer camp
- Raised $10,000.00 the first year and is still going strong 3 years later.

- Middle School, Union Township, 09/01/2001, 06/30/2011, ~ 4 Undefeated Seasons. ~ 66 straight wins (County Record). ~ 5 straight District Championships.
- AAU, 14 Year old girls, 01/01/2001, 12/31/2001, Coached 14 Year old AAU girls to a NJ State Championship (16-0). Went on to play at the National Tournament in Texas.
