• Develop and implement a transformation plan for Operations CIB area decommissioning Sovereign Bank systems and implementing Santander Corinto systems and processes
• Externalized back office support to a Santander affiliate company in Spain increasing efficiency and reducing cost
• Implement a multi-currency accounting system and process for FX, bonds and derivatives products
• Adapt processes to regulatory changes: Dodd Frank Act, Volcker
• Implement several systems to contribute to transformation and growth: Murex, TPG, Scrittura, Calypso CCP and Calypso collateral. Other Santander internal systems: GBO, IRIS, Treasury MIS, ARES and MRI
