I work in various office and government buildings. My tasks include removing and building walls, hanging doors, hanging drywall, finishing, painting, furniture assembly ect.

We also work in commercial property upkeep and maintenance.. Here my duties range from lawn care (zero turn,weedwacker, flowerbeds ect) to steel door installs and minor plumbing.

In the winter months I operate snow removal machinery and shovel/salt walkways and sidewalks on commercial property. I also refuel and maintain said machinery when required.

Operated commercial cutting machine to cut various paper products. Collated and when necessary stapled, glued, packaged, and shipped said products.

I also assisted in general property maintenance such as lawn care, painting, and machinery upkeep.

My step father, myself and my brother operated a small general construction company that focused on small residential work.

My jobs included removing and installing floor covering and subfloors where needed. Minor to major drywall hanging and repairs, finishing, and painting. Exterior painting and siding. Minor plumbing and concrete work.

Operated and maintained light to heavy machinery used for cutting sandpaper. Sort and package sandpaper products and recycle cutoffs. Meet or exceed daily production quotas. Occasionally I would preform modifications and repairs that would exceed the scope of routine maintenance.

Installed various typed of flooring including tile, hardwood, laminate, and other hard goods. We worked in mixed business and residential spaces. We primarily received jobs through custom carpet centers and carpet factory outlet.
