During my position as a Lead I began labor tracking using the Oracle program. I used the Somerset program to search for and recover inventory. I was responsible for several daily duties including: training teams in new projects, attendance, communicating router needs to the teams, communicating with buyers and planners, meeting deadlines and quality standards. I had a great working relationship with all necessary departments and supervisors. I was on the Activities Committee for two years as well. In this, we planned holiday and monthly contests, picnics and games for the entire production department. The committee was formed to boost morale at the workplace, and we were quite successful in this endeavor.
