Customer Service
Hello Robin
06.2022 - 11.2024
Hello Robin is a cookie bakery that also partners with Molly Moons, an ice cream shop. I mainly work upfront helping customers with their orders, but I am also a shift lead as well as baker. My job is to make the customers experience the best it possibly can be while their in the store, with the goal of them being happier than when they came in. I help support the other staff as a lead and make sure everyone feels confident in their job and that things are running smoothly. It’s a fast paced job as it’s a busy and popular store, but I very much enjoy multitasking and how social of a job it is.
Nanny
self-employed
01.2022 - 05.2022
I was a nanny for a 2 and 6 year old. I was a care taker and also helped with meals, playing games, reading, and other tasks. I really loved being with these kids and was able to use my strengths of multitasking, social interaction, and quick thinking frequently. I stopped working with them because I relocated back to Seattle where I will be staying for awhile.
Receptionist
Salon QE
03.2020 - 12.2021
I worked as a receptionist at this hair salon. My job entailed greeting clients, scheduling appointments, cleaning, and being the cashier. I had to do lots of multitasking, but I really enjoyed that. I liked how it kept me busy and I am naturally organized. I also really enjoyed greeting people in, as I am a very social person, and making them feel excited and comfortable when coming in. I am leaving this job because I am moving up to Bellingham.
Babysitting/Nanny
Many families in my neighborhood
01.2014 - 02.2020
I take care of (1-3) children ranging from infant to 11yo. I organize fun activities as well as cook their food and drive them to practices and various camps. I do have to do a lot of things at once, but I enjoy keeping busy and being productive. I love working with kids, as well as people in general. I'm energized meeting new people and I would consider myself a very social and outgoing person.
Sales Floor
Simply Seattle
11.2018 - 02.2019
I worked on the sales floor as well as a cashier. My job was to make sure the customers felt welcomed in our store and to provide information about our products to make our customers' shopping experience as fun and easy as possible. It was a fast-paced job, but I enjoyed the customer service, as well as the multitasking the job required.

Phone worker
Teen link - Seattle, WA
October 2017 to August 2018
I was a volunteer for Teen link, a suicide prevention hotline for teens. I went through a 4 month intensive training before working on the phones, but it taught me a lot about working hard and how to communicate strongly with others. My role as a phone worker was to answer calls from teens around the world ranging from those wanting to talk about how they had a bad day to those who were having suicidal thoughts and wanted help. It was my goal leave each call knowing I helped the teen on the line to the best of my ability. It was an incredible program and learning experience and I was proud to be a volunteer for them.
