As a Short Stay RN, I provide comprehensive care for patients requiring hospitalization of less than 24 hours. My role involves conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions. I collaborate closely with physicians to create and implement care plans, ensuring seamless coordination between pre- and post-operative procedures. With a focus on patient education and discharge planning, I ensure patients and their families are well-prepared for recovery at home, all while maintaining a high standard of safety and infection control.

• Completed clinical rotations in various hospitals including Medical Surgical/Acute Care, Mental Health, Holistic Nursing Care, Labor and Delivery, Community Health, and Geriatric Center.

• Scheduled appointments for clients, processed payments, provided excellent customer service, assisted in maintaining office supplies inventory, and trained new associates.
