As a Clinical Quality Analyst, I complete all necessary reporting to meet corporate end-user needs on a timely and effective basis. This includes HEDIS and Risk Adjustment projects. I identify client issues and maintain user profiles in the clinical applications, as needed. I assist in the preparation of written reports regarding the progress of clinical IT project implementations, including progress and barriers. I work cross-functionally and coordinate with others internally or externally to gather information. I mine data and/or information to identify inconsistencies, trends, and other needed information, such as developing and running data queries. I mine claims and case management software for data to assist in developing preventive care programming and determining the outcomes of implemented programs. I work with some guidance and have some proficiency in understanding basic process management and total quality management principles and methodologies, such as Six Sigma. I support the analysis of quality auditing findings as they relate to business process information, such as metrics.
