Complete daily paperwork, safe deposits and price changes. Work various shifts when needed while being mindful of time on the clock. Keep the store clean, stocked and ready for customers and any inspections. Follow all safety protocols and law requirements to insure store stays up to standard and code. Interview along with store manager for possible new talent. Train new employees on assigned areas as well as cross training. Retain and coach when necessary. Consistently continue to become more acclimated with our transitions to Casey's General Store as well as for their expectations.
Worked with the franchise owner to interview, hire and train potential employees. Worked side by side with staff on various shifts and covered shifts during call outs/no shows. Coached and retrained staff members when necessary(including verbal, write ups and job dismissals). Ran registers, handheld, Door Dash, Uber Eats orders, worked back stock and all inventory for vault/cooler. Worked with multiple vendors from ordering, returns, new products, placements and deliveries. Completed daily paperwork including invoices, safe count and deposit, lottery, timesheets and emails.
