Keep the store clean, stocked and ready for customers and any inspections. Follow all safety protocols and law requirements to insure store stays up to standard and code. Interview along with store manager for possible new talent. Train new employees on assigned areas as well as cross training. Retain and coach when necessary. Consistently continue to become more acclimated with our transitions to Casey's General Store as well as for their expectations.
