I am a former business owner with 18 years of hands-on experience managing daily operations, finances and diverse teams. Over two decades, I hired and led a wide range of staff, including supervisors, office assistants, kitchen workers, and drivers, while handling customer relations and keeping our facility fully compliant with all state and local regulations. Recently, i transitioned into manufacturing as a machine operator to adapt to changing circumstances. I am now looking to step back into a Leadership role - such as an Operations Manager or Production Supervisor - where I can use my background in people management, safety and business operations to help a company run smoothly.
