Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of educating over sixty nurses and staff members, with a specific emphasis on cultivating and mentoring emerging leaders in healthcare. Following my departure from Sun Pain Management, I collaborated with a former colleague to establish a medical clinic. In this capacity, I utilized my extensive experience to assist in the development of a structured practice, by contributing to the company's marketing strategies, streamlining patient scheduling, and managing the pre-authorization processes for surgeries. My contributions were instrumental in establishing the foundation for a successful medical clinic. Within a brief span of six months, we were nominated and selected as the #1 Pain Management Clinic in the West Valley by the Best of the Desert Community’s Choice Awards.
