  • Manage email from the Executive Relations Department’s email within a 72-hours, response period.
  • Manage company voicemail within a 72-hour period.
  • Audit and update in the system the responses to text messages sent to consumers.

  • Receive and include consumer disputes and complaints in the accounts.
  • Convert all received documents into PDF form.
  • Handle all returned mail, updating the system with bad addresses so they can be updated by the department in charge of mail delivery.
  • I handle all calls escalated to my department as follows: agent, team leader, supervisor, and I am the last in the chain. I handle all calls involving legal risks, threats of lawsuits, or reports to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's Office, lawsuits, or any other threat.
