My daily challenge consists of learning at least one new thing. My professional experience covers primarily the banking industry, working with languages such as COBOL, C, JavaScript, and NonStop SQL, as well as the use of tools such as Tandem and Tuxedo servers. I've taken part in all the stages of projects with methodologies such as agile and waterfall. It's worth mentioning that I've worked in the systems support area for companies experienced in marketing. Also, I'm currently learning about Microservices, API programming and GO. My three highlights are proactivity, loyalty and teamwork communication.
Development of microfrontends in Angular 20, using Typescript, CSS to create a web application for PYMEs, also, I used some tools like GIT to maintain the repositories in order and FIGMA to review the design from the UX team.
We provide support and help for users in LATAM and Miami for the Maximaster application at GroupM, database changes, and incident attention. I used to check errors or unexpected messages in the application for the system users located in Mexico, Miami, Colombia, Peru, and Chile, report issues to the development team, and help with database changes in some cases.
Support for STs in Citibanamex for the MCO system. I analysed code in search of issues or opportunities in order to understand the system better. I developed solutions in C++ for Backend and Java, and Javascript for Frontend.
I was in charge of a project for the Citibanamex system (MCO), it was about implementing the new rules from Banxico in the front end and the back end. Also, I did support activities such as tracking some operations, identifying issues and analysing them as part of an assignment for another project. I supported other projects with their unit tests during the term.
