I worked at Greenville Memorial Hospital from 2014 until around 2016. I worked as a CST in the OR. I worked in the D core with Ortho and Neuro. It was here that I learned to become more proficient in Neuro surgery. This facility is a Level 1 trauma center with 33 ORs. It’s a very fast paced organization and I learned to scrub with just myself as 1 tech in the room and my circulator. I learned a different aspect and got a different perspective of how things run at another hospital.

I worked at Carolina Bone and Joint as Dr Pattersons personal scrub assistant. I also helped see patients in the office and assisted with H&Ps, cast applications, I’d come to surgery and assist him on his orthopedic surgeries in the OR as well as at SCOTOL, and Abbeville Area Medical Center when he would operate at those facilities.
