To obtain a position that I will be able to develop a good performance on the childcare, customer service, etc.
Maintain all records and files updated.
Assist parents in completing enrollment application packets efficiently.
Performs general clerical duties, including answering phones, managing paperwork, office supply orders, and copying and filing.
Manage data in SGA Pulse system.
Provided accounting support, collecting payments, reconcile cash out, processed daily deposits etc
Attends all mandatory meetings and trainings and pursues professional development opportunities that support the work of the YMCA.
All other duties as assigned by Senior Child Care Director, District Operations Director, or Executive Director.
