Attended Session Meetings each month to discuss various programs that the church offers the community both local and international. Reported on the progress of the Witness and Mission Committee that I chaired. On that committee we discussed different ways that we could reach out effectively to those less fortunate in the local and national community.
I worked as a cost and schedule engineer for Bechtel, a Federal subcontractor. The job involved collaboration between the United States and the Former Soviet Union in order to remove dangerous nuclear material from different sites there. Our particular part of the contract involved constructing a warehouse to store this material. My job involved formulating task orders in order to finance new work that needed to be completed for work to continue on the warehouse.
