• Manage and oversee invoice and payment processing for McIntosh site
• Provide technical support and training for invoice reconciliation, vendor payment resolutions, and vendor invoice submittal
• Subject matter expert for account payables, invoice resolutions, SAP workflow issues, and vendor pending accounts for the McIntosh site
• Leading contact for Olin employees and vendors to troubleshoot work orders, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, upload errors, and payment

• Work with site planners, work coordinators, requisitioner, and leadership to reconcile workflows
• Work with Maintenance Site Cost constituents .

• Review, authorize, and prioritize all work notifications and work orders to maintain plant equipment to achieve optimal production rates
• Prioritize maintenance activities with Planner/Scheduler to reduce downtime
• Ensure production and maintenance plans are aligned
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations for prepping and clearing for permitting
• Area lead for shutdown and start up schedules
• Area liaison for TA work orders and permit schedules
• Serve as operations representative for new or proposed installations for process equipment design, material of construction, cost, safety, and operating procedures
• Serve as manufacturing representative on capital projects in conjunction with area engineer
• Balance production needs with ORC, Reliability, and cost management concerns
• Order supplies, monitor and trend spending.

• Manage railcar fleet maintenance program, monitor all railcars for routine and non-routine maintenance, order and maintain railcar mechanical parts, manage railcar shopping and interface with railcar shops, as well as Railroad and Division on shop/mechanical issues, and manage non-conforming parts
• Process all paperwork for chlorine, caustic, and bleach railcar shipments
• Manage Regulatory Compliance programs on all railcars in fleet
• Maintain records in SAP system and train Shippers on SAP
• Assist Logistics and Customer Service Departments
• Direct Shipping personnel on daily activities
• Participate in Root Cause Investigations and participate in plant wide safety programs, and BH2
• Perform Quality Assurance inspections and monthly QA audits
• Ensure general AAR/DOT/FRA compliance
• Participate in all internal and external audits
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties.

• Process inbound and outbound trucks and input data into SAP
• Serve as liaison between Norfolk Southern Railroad, Tug Captains, and Olin Personnel
• Active participant in plant safety programs
• Administer safety orientation to new employees, visitors, and contractors
• Maintain surveillance and control over the barge dock facility
• Work with Customer Support Representatives to provide quality customer satisfaction i.e
• Complete customer call-in orders, process Bill of Ladings, and maintain accurate files
• Perform respirator fit testing to Olin personnel
• Coordinate calls with CHEMTREC, OCEAN, and CHLOREP
• Initiate the Emergency Response System
• Perform random security checks of employees, vendors, and contractors
• Assist Safety Manager, Facility Security Officer, and Plant Manager with various duties.

Chlorine Area: (January 1999 - January 2003)

• Operate and maintain the functioning duties of the Cooling and Drying, Compression, and Liquefaction process, as well as Plant Air System, Instrument Air System, and Emergency Vent Scrubber
• Monitor the perimeter Chlorine Alarm System and the OMNX System
• Execute operational procedures by acting as a primary contact for external, as well as internal customers.

Membrane Area: (January 1998 - January 1999)

• Perform maintenance in the Membrane Cell Process Area by building, changing, and disassembling Membrane Cells.

Evaporator Area: (January 1997 - January 1998)

• Operate and maintain the functioning duties by monitoring, pulling and running samples, making adjustments in the Evaporator Unit, as well as, loading Salt Railcars and Trucks.

Shipping Area: (January 1996-January 1997)

• Load Chlorine and Caustic Railcars, Load Caustic Barges
• Perform Valve Shop, Blow-down Station, and Storage Area duties
• Extensive Knowledge in DOT, Homeland Security, and Railroad Policies
• Served on Plant Safety Committee (PSC)
• Served as Chairperson for the SALT Process

• Generated and maintained Computer Aided Design Maps for the Distribution/Transmission Lines, and Air Patrol Maps for the Mobile Division
• Engineered Working Estimates and Work Orders for new subdivisions, new developments, and residential customers
