  • Responsible for assisting with re-branding LRS (Lighting Retrofit Services) to LRS Lighting Services to be seen as more of a lighting service offering than a retrofit installer and shift customers to a more proactive lighting decision approach. The new LRS offerings include full-store lighting inspections and repairing any failed lights seen in stores, asset tagging and warranty enforcement, analytics, and sustainability.

  • Responsible for calling on targeted ESCOs to present, sell and identify new lighting and control products from over 100 lighting and control manufacturer lines including Current Lighting and Lutron Controls to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Successfully won MASSDOT retrofit lighting project with over 14,000 fixtures which integrated Lutron network controls to achieve the most energy savings on the project
  • Identified and developed deep relationships with key outside sales employees of distributors, contractors, and ESCOs through lunch and learns, customer dinners, or events to develop design-build opportunities utilizing the lines Illuminate represented
  • Responsible for product training with contractors, distributors, and ESCOs to continually update all customers and regularly inform customers of new product materials from all manufacturers represented by Illuminate.

  • Successfully launched Wayfair with several of the manufacturers that Reflex represented to get their products specified on larger projects nationally which included boutique hotels and office spaces.
