Summary

I want to add that prior to either one of these positions I was with a property management company that dealt with hostile takeovers and distressed properties. I loved going to these properties (and there were some really bad ones) just to see what I could do to salvage them. I was quite successful at it. I would get these properties in good condition and then they would sell! I actually enjoyed that.

I bring this to your attention because I have said for quite some time now that that's what the KFC on Barnett Shoals needs.
