A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2020, currently working via Telehealth at OTL Behavioral Health in Richmond, Va since June 2022. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic mental illness in patients 18 and up. Providing medication management, supportive therapy, making referrals, communicating with therapists, other medical professionals, group home staff, case managers and family members, ordering and interpreting lab tests and working with office staff. Always committed to building therapeutic relationships and treating all patients with unconditional positive regard. Maintains a strong interest in Addiction Medicine both professionally and in the community.

Previously worked for 2 years as a PMHNP at a Free Clinic in Northern Va and prior to that for 6 years an FNP in inpatient and outpatient Wound Care from May 2013 to September 2019.
