Additional Information

To the members of the Search Committee;

I am writing to you on behalf of Carol King who is applying for a position of teacher’s aide at Little Chute Middle School to assist learning disabled and emotionally disordered students.

I’ve worked with Carol for the last 7 years as we both volunteer at an historical site in Kaukauna. During this time, I’ve seen Carol take over the management of the organization’s gift shop, overseeing ordering, billing, monitoring inventory. She serves as vice-president of the organization and chairs the membership committee.

Carol demonstrates great problem-solving skills when presented with an issue, she will strategize alternative solutions. I’ve found her to be a very caring and thoughtful person.

As a retired teacher, and having taught in inclusive classrooms, I recognize in Carol traits like patience and fairness, tenacity and dedication that would be a benefit to both teachers and students.

In general, I think Carol has the personality, intelligence, compassion and spirit and would be a great addition to your educational team.

I would be happy to further discuss Carols’ qualifications if you’d like. I can be reached at mgseleen@hotmail.comor 920-328-8598.

Thank you,

Mary Grogan-Seleen
