I am a hard working conscientiousness person who cares about this community. I have observed that the rules for the community are made by a few rather then the complete community as it should be. I have also observed that in the past that the community has voted on issues and no matter how the vote goes, the vote is not followed.

I would also like to change that snowbirds are not on the board. I do believe that their say is important, however, when an emergency arises, I feel that the board members should be full time residents.

During my work career, I have served on multiple committees, not only as a member, but as officers. For 15 years I was elected as Chief Union Steward of AFGE Local 1629. In my capacity of Chief Union Steward, I worked with multiple management officials inclusive of the Director of the VA.

I feel I am qualified to serve as a representative to the board of directors.
