Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assessment / reassessment of patient's condition, vital signs, EKG, venipuncture, vaccines, immunizations, assisting in sterile procedures and any thing assigned by provider.
• Gathers documents, information about patient condition, labs, pain levels, nutritional status, potential complications and patient education. Ensuring proper care for patient.
• Documents patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participates in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care. Provides routine clinical care, utilized computer skills to organize scheduling, placing orders, referrals, returning calls. messages and results.
• Ensure proper destruction of all biohazards
• Reports directly to manager or provider.
• Maintains safety environment
• Reports suspected abuse and refers to appropriate resource
