Within the 32 years I worked for the agency, I was responsible for variety of activities. I worked directly with the clients in person and on the phone; establishing personal relationships and handling any unforeseen problems. I wrote policies in all lines of insurance including personal lines, commercial and life.

I was Office/Sales manager for the last 15 years of employment, responsible for the activities of 4 to 6 employees. Within that scope I monitored their activities and sales requirements to achieve the sales goals set forth by the company and the agent.
