In my current regional compliance role I provide support to internal teams and western region clients on federal, state and local and employer benefit compliance. This includes:

  • Annual employer compliance reviews
  • Answering daily questions via email and phone
  • Creating templates and tools to educate internal teams to support our book of business

Previous to this role I was the lead benefit consultant on some of the bay area's largest clients successfully managing a 1-2M book of business.

  • Designed benefits packages for large group clients of 50 to 2000 employees by establishing organization's needs, identifying budgetary limitations and proposing innovative methods to cut costs.
  • Negotiated and managed contracts with health insurance providers to secure cost-effective employee coverage.
