Assist the PreK Coordinator with management and operation of JCS PreK programming
Provide oversight for the PreK registration process including registration, ELRS, parent communication and logistics of the process

Facilitate County and State Assessments
Liaison between the county, schools, and the Office of Support and Accountability (WVDE).
Stay current on initiatives issued by the WV State Legislature as they relate to JCS
Interpret statutes and regulations to provide in-service training for principals and staff administering tests and students taking the state assessments, thus assuring adherence to state and county policies
Maintain the security of administering and reporting of state assessments
Provide support to JCS county and school teams for interpreting and understanding how data can support student learning
Assist with research and reports requested by the Superintendent or their designee
Monitor testing accommodations tor accuracy in the testing platform
